DERS-16 Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale
The DERS-16 is a 16 item self-report questionnaire used to assess an individual's difficulties in managing their emotions. It is used in both clinical and research settings as a brief and valid way to measure overall emotion regulation problems, known as emotion dysregulation.
