BPI Borderline Personality Inventory
The Borderline Personality Inventory (BPI) was developed by Falk Leichsenring in 1999. It is a 51-item self-report questionnaire designed to assess borderline personality organization (BPO) based on Otto Kernberg's concepts, with criteria compatible with both DSM-IV. A total score of 20 or more is generally used as a cutoff for identifying significant borderline traits, with higher scores indicating higher severity.
