ACE Adverse Childhood Experiences Test

The ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) self-assessment is a 10-question screening tool used to evaluate potential childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and household dysfunction experienced before the age of 18. The ACE score is a tally from 0 to 10 measuring the types of abuse, neglect, and household dysfunction you faced before age 18. A higher score shows a greater statistical risk for toxic stress and long-term health or emotional issues in adulthood.
